Initially completed designs as an IC for Facebook (2011) and resale inventory integration (2013) into the interactive seat map. As a director, took team through an entire site rebrand experience–including the creation of extensive style guides and libraries–and helped pioneer the transition of the desktop and mdot sites to a single consolidated consumer platform (fully responsive website). Currently managing a team of designers while overseeing the user experience for Ticketmaster’s consumer-facing purchase and checkout products, resale business, and sponsorship initiatives. Core responsibilities include driving and defining the next-gen purchase experience, utilizing data and research to continuously optimize for increased engagement and cart conversion, and working with cross functional teams to meet key business goals and deliver value to fans.
